Vivre et travailler en Italie : mon stage en commerce international à Turin

Mon stage de deux mois au sein de l’entreprise Rete Plastic, à Turin, a été une expérience particulièrement enrichissante, tant sur le plan professionnel que personnel. Cette immersion dans une entreprise italienne m’a permis de découvrir le fonctionnement d’une société évoluant à l’international tout en m’ouvrant à une nouvelle culture.
Au cours de ce stage, j’ai eu l’occasion de mettre en pratique les connaissances acquises en BTS Commerce International. J’ai notamment participé à différentes missions liées au transport international, à la relation client et à la veille concurrentielle, ce qui m’a permis de développer mes compétences et de mieux comprendre les réalités du monde professionnel. Travailler dans un environnement international m’a également appris à être plus autonome, organisé et à m’adapter à de nouvelles méthodes de travail.
Au-delà de l’aspect professionnel, cette expérience a été une véritable découverte de la culture italienne. Vivre et travailler en Italie m’a permis de mieux comprendre les habitudes de vie, les pratiques professionnelles et la manière dont les Italiens communiquent et collaborent au quotidien. J’ai pu constater certaines différences culturelles, mais aussi de nombreuses similitudes, ce qui a renforcé mon ouverture d’esprit. Cette expérience inoubliable m’a donné envie de retourner travailler à l’étranger dans un cadre international.

🌍 Jolann MIGNE, a BTS International Trade student, sends us this postcard from Turin, Italy 🇮🇹

My two-month internship at Rete Plastic, in Turin, was a particularly enriching experience, both professionally and personally. This immersion in an Italian company allowed me to discover how a company operating internationally works, while opening me up to a new culture.

During this internship, I had the opportunity to put into practice the knowledge I gained in my BTS International Trade studies. In particular, I took part in various tasks related to international transport, customer relations, and competitive monitoring, which allowed me to develop my skills and better understand the realities of the professional world. Working in an international environment also taught me to be more independent, more organized, and able to adapt to new working methods.

Beyond the professional aspect, this experience was a genuine discovery of Italian culture. Living and working in Italy allowed me to better understand local lifestyle habits, professional practices, and the way Italians communicate and collaborate on a daily basis. I noticed certain cultural differences, but also many similarities, which strengthened my open-mindedness. This unforgettable experience made me want to work abroad again in an international setting.
