Les ”Plus” pédagogiques

Au collège St Donatien

  • Un « plus » Europe sur chaque niveau, à la fin de chaque cours

Pour chaque classe, à travers leurs cours, les professeurs accompagnent les élèves dans la découverte de l’Europe en lien avec le projet pédagogique du collège « Collège Européen / Eco-citoyen ».

  • Une assistante anglaise présente toute l’année

Mrs Shaw, assistante britannique anglaise, est présente tout au long de l’année scolaire.

Elle intervient une fois par semaine dans un cours de français et d’histoire-géographie pour reprendre en Anglais, le temps d’un quart d’heure, les notions abordées durant la première partie du cours.

Des déjeuners en anglais sont également proposés tous les jours au self ainsi que des activités de tricot et de couture en anglais. Une occasion pour les élèves de s’immerger, de façon ludique, dans la culture britannique et de communiquer dans la langue anglaise.

Mrs Shaw intervient également dans le cadre du Parcours d’Education à la Justice (PEJ).

 

 

Au Lycée

Allemagne : Projet PIN SPAK

Ce projet destiné aux élèves Germanistes de 1res/Terminale ES ou STMG offre l’opportunité d’effectuer un stage en entreprise à HUSUM (Schleswig Holstein), dans le nord de l’Allemagne pendant 2 semaines.

Il est cofinancé par l’OFAJ (Office franco-allemand pour la jeunesse). Les élèves français réalisent un stage en entreprise en février. Les correspondants allemands sont en France en janvier et effectuent un stage en entreprise dans la région nantaise. Ils sont hébergés dans la famille de leur correspondant.

 

eTwinning      

eTwinning fait partie du programme européen Erasmus +.

C’est une plateforme qui permet aux enseignants de toute l’Europe de monter des projets à distance via des outils de communication et d’échange.

Quelques exemples de projets menés avec nos élèves :

Projet « The European Dream »

pour les élèves allophones de Term. CAP APH et CAP ATMFC : création d’un journal en partenariat avec les élèves réfugiés et migrants du lycée Adam-Josef Cüppers en Allemagne.

Projet « Not So Different »

avec les élèves du Dispositif ULIS : des activités pour partager, échanger, apprendre et montrer aux autres qu’ils ne sont pas si différents ! Pays de Galle, Slovaquie, Hongrie, Croatie et France (Reims)

Projet  « Let’s make a move, European citizens fighting the ocean plastic soup »

avec les élèves de Term. Bac Pro EDPI et SN : préparation d’une exposition commune entre l’Allemagne, les Pays-Bas et St Félix-La Salle.

Préparation à la Certification DNL

Les enseignants ont la possibilité d’effectuer un stage à l’étranger pour préparer une certification DNL afin de pouvoir enseigner en langue étrangère dans une Discipline Non Linguistique.

Dans ce contexte, cinq enseignants de notre établissement ont effectué un stage linguistique intensif en anglais à Scarborough en 2019.

 

 

Au Campus

Le Campus St Félix-La Salle est centre d’examen agréé TOEIC.

Il propose une propose une préparation et le passage de l’examen aux étudiants du Campus.

TOEIC Listening and Reading      

Chaque année, St Félix-La Salle propose aux étudiants de BTS 2ème année et de Bachelor Européen ainsi qu’aux enseignants et personnels de l’établissement de passer la certification TOEIC, certification de référence pour évaluer les compétences en anglais en entreprise.

Avec près de 7 millions de test administrés chaque année, le test d’anglais TOEIC® Listening and Reading est la référence de l’évaluation des compétences de compréhension écrite et orale en anglais utilisé dans un contexte professionnel pour les niveaux intermédiaire à avancé (CECRL A1 à C1).

Il s’agit d’un test QCM (questionnaire à choix multiples) administré sur papier : deux sections chronométrées de 100 questions chacune.

 

St Donatien Junior School

A European bonus, for each student

Students work with teachers to discover and strengthen their relation to Europe (« Collège Européen / Eco-citoyen project»).

  • An English assistant all along the school year

Mrs Shaw, a British school assistant work along with all the students and teachers during the school year whatever or whenever needed. She helps students to speak out their French and History lessons.

English lunches are organised every day at the school restaurant as well as knitting or sewing workshops. These are opportunities for students to get involved in the British culture and to communicate in English.

Mrs Shaw also works on our Justice Education Plan (Parcours d’Education à la Justice (PEJ).

 

 

 

The High School

Germany : The PIN SPAK Plan

This plan is aimed at German learning students in classes of 1res/Terminale (junior and senior years in High School) specialized in Economics or Business. They are offered the opportunity to perform a 2-week work placement in a company in Husum (Schlewig Holstein), and to be hosted by a German family.

Prior to this work placement, the German correspondants perform a work placement in France in the surroundings of Nantes.

This plan is co-granted by OFAJ-Office franco-allemand pour la jeunesse (The French-German bureau for the Youth).

eTwinning      

eTwinning is part of the Erasmus+ program.

This is a platform which allows teachers from Europe to create exchange projects or plans via communication tools.

« The European Dream » project

For the non-French speaking students in the last year  CAP APH et CAP ATMFC (Caring courses): Designing a newspaper in relation with refugees and migrants of Adam-Josef Cüppers High School in Germany.

 

The « Not So Different » Project

With the students of the Dispositif ULIS (Disabled students plan): activities aimed at sharing, exchanging, learning and showing they are « not so different » ! Wales, Slovakia, Hungary,Croatia, France (Reims)

With the students of the last year in B.tec EDPI (Design) and SN (Information Technology): preparing a common exhibition between Germany, The Netherlands and St Félix-La Salle.

 

Preparing the DNL (Teaching in a foreign language) Certification

Teachers are offered the opportunity to perform a work placement abroad to prepare their DNL (teaching in a foreign language) certification.

5 teacher spend some time working their English language intensively in Scarborough in 2019.

 

 

 

The Campus

The St Félix-La Salle Campus has received the certification to be an exam center for the TOEIC certification. These certifications are proposed to students at the Campus.

 

TOEIC Listening and Reading      

Every year, the St Félix-La Salle Campus offers their students in BTS (Vocational Degree) and Bachelor Européen (European Bachelor) and to volunteer teachers and staff to take the TOEIC certification.
